The personalized agenda builder has the capability of adding sessions to your own personalized agenda, sensitive to time conflicts, changes to the agenda and/or cancellations.

The agenda can be printed at any time from Agenda Builder stations located in the registration area and perhaps other areas. The application will incorporate current registration capabilities which checks for time conflicts as well as space availability within a session or sessions.

The agenda can also be converted into a iCal file, which can then be incorporated into any number of programs including: Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, Apple iPod, and more! This gives the attendeee the ability to download their agenda on to a PDA or other portable device, and have immediate access to their personalized schedule while onsite.
