Attendees can also download exhibitor whitepapers, brochures, and materials, view online presentations posted by the exhibitor, and share the experience with other colleagues. Show Management can increase the attendee value proposition. The Show Management web site can become the portal for communication between attendees and exhibitors.
Exhibitor Event Portals
Exhibitors can view online a list of all leads collected at the event. They can email an attendee directly for follow-up or continued communication through the full online reporting capability. The exhibitors can download into Excel or SFA applications. Exhibitors can also share reporting and event analysis with other staff and management, and easily prepare a complete set of reports for presentation to management. The exhibitor event portal creates a single place for dialogue with Show Management about the event.
